Last updated: July 2026

myrtl ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you contact us, book a call or subscribe to updates, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and any information you choose to share about your business. When we provide services to your business, we may also handle financial and accounting information you provide under our engagement with you.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send communications you've opted into, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Third parties

We use reputable third-party providers to operate this site and our business — for example scheduling (Calendly), form handling, analytics and email. These providers may process your information on our behalf, and some may store data outside Australia. Client financial data is handled under the terms of our engagement agreements.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction & complaints

You can request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing kevin@myrtl.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
